Limited Free Strategy Sessions Each Month — Secure Yours Now”.

When you work with me, you get a step-by-step plan for buying property in Dubai. From your first WhatsApp message to securing your unit, I guide you through each stage: understanding the market, reviewing payment plans, reserving your unit, and registering it with the Dubai Land Department. Everything is handled online, so you can move at your pace with complete confidence.

I’m not tied to any single developer in Dubai—my loyalty is to you. Whether it’s Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC, Meraas, or Sobha, I compare options across the city so you get a property that truly fits your investment goals. We’ll talk about ROI potential, location advantages, upcoming infrastructure, and even exit strategies—things most agents skip over.

Dubai’s best off-plan projects often sell out before they’re advertised publicly. Working with me means you get early access to pre-launch inventories and VIP booking events. Whether it’s a waterfront apartment in Dubai Islands or a townhouse/villan in a community, I make sure you have first choice before prices rise or units run out.

Every project I recommend is RERA-approved and registered with the Dubai Land Department. I explain the Sales & Purchase Agreement, walk you through your payment schedule, and ensure funds go directly to the project’s escrow account—protecting your investment in line with Dubai’s strict real estate laws.

Most of my clients are international buyers who rely on me to be their eyes and ears in Dubai. Whether you’re in London, Zurich, Sydney, or Canada or india you’ll feel like you have a local partner who knows the market, speaks your language, and protects your interests. I’m here for your first purchase—and the ones that follow—helping you build a Dubai portfolio with strategy, not guesswork.

After securing your unit, I keep you updated on construction milestones, payment reminders, and any changes from the developer. At handover, I assist with snagging inspections, utility connections, and even rental market positioning if you plan to lease. Many of my clients have successfully rented or flipped their off-plan purchases before handover for strong returns.

Yes. Dubai allows foreign investors to buy freehold properties in designated areas, and you can own it 100% under your name.
Dubai has no annual property tax. You only pay a one-time 4% DLD (Dubai Land Department) fee at purchase and a small registration cost. That means no property tax whether you are buying, selling or on rental income.
Depending on location and property type, Dubai rentals often generate 6–9% net annual returns. Capital appreciation is also common in high-demand areas.
Dubai’s real estate market is strictly regulated by the Dubai Land Department (DLD). Your payments go into a government-approved escrow account, not directly to the developer, so funds are only released as construction milestones are met.
Apart from the property price, you’ll have a 4% DLD fee, approx 2500 - 3000 registration fee, and post-handover maintenance charges. I provide a full breakdown before you commit so there are no surprises.
I stay with my clients beyond booking — helping with handover, rental setup, and any developer communication. You’ll always have a direct whatsApp line to me.
Developers in Dubai are required to submit regular progress reports to DLD. Many also share live construction photos, drone footage, and milestone updates through secure client portals
