Yes. Dubai allows foreign investors to buy freehold properties in designated areas, and you can own it 100% under your name.

Are there any taxes on property ownership in Dubai?

Dubai has no annual property tax. You only pay a one-time 4% DLD (Dubai Land Department) fee at purchase and a small registration cost. That means no property tax whether you are buying, selling or on rental income.

What kind of returns can I expect?

How do I know this is not a scam if I’m sending money from overseas?
